Client: W.G. Mills, Inc. Owner: U.S. General Services Administration Description: This $42 million federal courthouse is for the Fort Pierce Division of the U.S. Southern District of Florida serving St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, Okeechobee and Highlands counties.

USSSA Space Coast Stadium Scoreboards

Client: Wharton-Smith, Inc. Owner: United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) Description: We completed new scoreboards for USSSA’s national headquarters in Viera, FL. Encompassing 1.2 million square feet of turf on 85 acres, the complex consists of a new 8,100-seat championship stadium, eight new multi-purpose fields, a new youth field, and two new two-story concession buildings. Each field now has dugout structures, backstops, netting, bull pens, score boards, seating, shade structures, and the latest LED lighting technology.

Marlins Park Stadium Framing

Client: Hunt Construction Group/Moss & Associates Description: We fabricated the structural steel supports for the exterior metal panels of the stadium’s façade. In 2012, this was Florida's first open-air major league park built exclusively for baseball. Marlins Park is the nation's first retractable roof stadium complete with a modern architectural style, reflecting the local community.

KSC Visitor Center Complex Atlantis Exhibit Support

Client: Ivey’s Construction Owner: Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex (Delaware North) Description: We fabricated the structural steel frame for the Space Shuttle Atlantis Exhibit at the KSC Visitor Complex and were honored to be part of this project to ensure Atlantis's legacy continues for years to come. Modern Steel magazine featured it in their August 2013 issue stating, "The experience provides guests with a nearly 360 degree view of Atlantis as only astronauts have seen it before, tilted on its side (and supported by a steel frame, fabricated by Industrial Steel), seeming to float in space …, as if it has just undocked from the International Space Station." If you haven't seen the exhibit yet, you are missing out on a spectacular experience!

Atlanta Braves Training Academy

Client: Tandem Construction Owner: Atlanta National League Baseball Club LLC Description: The Atlanta Braves Players Academy in North Port was completed in December 2019. This two-story, 46,000 square foot facility houses a professional team auditorium, team meeting rooms, a player dining hall, recreation space, and a 105-bed dormitory for Minor League Players. The Atlanta Braves are now one of four teams in the State of Florida to invest in a Spring Training Academy. We can’t wait to see the talent that comes from these great facilities!

Westfield Countryside Theatre Expansion

Client: Graycor Construction Owner: Cobb Theatres Description: The theater resides on the second floor of the newly renovated mall, with restaurants occupying the main level. Despite an aggressive schedule, logistical challenges of building on the second floor and performing all work while the mall was fully operational, our client, Graycor, with our help as the subcontract steel fabricator and erector, successfully completed the project four months prior to expected completion and before the mall’s holiday shopping season. Cobb Theater celebrated its grand opening on December 15, 2011.

Give Kids the World Admin and Dining Facilities

Client: Welbro Building Corporation Owner: Give Kids the World, Inc. Description: The new 53,000 square foot Towne Hall connects to an existing 5,600 square foot dining facility known as the “Gingerbread House”. The ground level of the Towne Hall includes an expanded dining food court and an entertainment multipurpose hall with stage. Give Kids The World Village is an 84-acre, nonprofit "storybook" resort in Central Florida. Here, children with critical illnesses and their families are treated to weeklong, cost-free vacations.

Ferrari of Central Florida

Client: EnviroStruct, LLC Owner: Ferrari of Central Florida Description: This is a new, classy two-story, 80,000 sq. ft. dealership right off of I-4 in Orlando. The two-story showroom design features an open decorative glazed glass staircase. The staircase rises adjacent to a twenty-foot-tall racing image graphic and a vehicle display balcony. It will include dual customized showrooms and delivery lounges, interior service drives, a race shop, concierge service, detail facilities, and secured inventory storage.

Dave and Buster’s

Client: Shawmut Design & Construction Owner: Dave & Buster’s Description: We were the structural steel fabricator and erector on this 40,000 square foot entertainment and restaurant complex in Orlando, FL for our client, Shawmut Design Construction, who has completed more than 20 Dave & Buster’s locations nationwide.

The Villages North Tower Expansion

Client: Robins & Morton Owner: Central Florida Health, now University of Florida Health Description: The expansion included 177,018 square feet of new construction, which included a vertical expansion of the new North Tower, and 28,253 square feet of renovation.
